Refund & Shipping Policy

Our refund policy is All Sales Final.
Due to COVID-19 crisis, we can no longer accept returns or exchanges at this time as we cannot trace the sanitation of products once they are sold. We ensure that all parties including our staff are completely protected all times.

At the moment all sales are final!

Processing & Shipping

Please allow 2-3 Day processing time to prepare order to be shipped

Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carrier (USPS).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

FAQ

Can I make changes to my order?

To ensure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

May I exchange/return my order?

  1. Due to COVID-19 crisis, we can no longer accept returns or exchanges at this time as we cannot trace the sanitation of products once they are sold. We ensure that all parties including our staff are completely protected all times. At the moment all sales are final!

There is a $15 nun refundable deposit fee required only to secure appointment due to a lot of no shows. DEPOSIT DOESN'T GO TOWARDS APPOINTMENT.

  • After 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you may not be eligible for booking !

  • All clients must come with hair washed & already blown out, it will be an Extra $10 for me to blow your hair out. ( If hair isn't washed I will refuse service )

  • If you're going to be reusing your bundles pick all thread, wash, dry and have ready to install.

  • Rescheduling needs to been done 48 hours prior to your appointment or you will have to book another appointment.

I DO NOT REUSE LACE THAT I DIDN'T INSTALL.

ALL CLOSURES, FRONTALS & WIGS MUST BE DROPPED OFF 2-3 DAYS BEFORE APPOINTMENT OR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.
